Special General Meeting

A Special General Meeting with be held on Saturday 24 April 2010 at 4pm to change the Constitution of the Club. We need as many Senior and Life members to turn up and vote as possible. Only Senior and Life members are entitled to vote. The quorum for the meeting is at least 30 voting members. At least three quarters of members must vote in favour of the changes. As the notices need to be posted you will be receiving a paper copy shortly. If you do not receive your notice by 2 April 2010, please email info@westernport.org.au
